Welcome to Le Confluence BizSummit. By accessing our website, registering for our events, submitting award nominations, or engaging in sponsorship activities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Event Participation

• All participants must register in advance through our official registration channels.

• The event organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone for security, safety, or compliance reasons.

• Participants must carry a valid ID to the event venue for verification purposes.

2. Ticketing Policy

• Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly permitted by the organiser.

• Entry to certain sessions or networking areas may be restricted based on ticket type.

• All ticket prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Award Nominations

• Nominations must be submitted within the announced deadlines.

• Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification.

• The organiser reserves the right to modify award categories, judging criteria, or winners at its discretion.

• Nomination or award fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

4. Sponsorships & Partnerships

• Sponsorship agreements are subject to the terms mentioned in the official sponsorship contract.

• The organiser reserves the right to adjust branding placements based on venue and production requirements.

5. Media & Photography

• By attending BizSummit, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional use across print, digital, and broadcast channels.

• The organiser retains all rights to event media and may use it for marketing without additional permission.

6. Refund Policy

• Refund requests will only be entertained as per the refund policy stated on the website at the time of ticket purchase.

• Cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.) will be handled at the organiser’s discretion.

7. Code of Conduct

• All participants, speakers, sponsors, and staff are expected to maintain professional and respectful behaviour.

• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• The organiser is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.

• Views expressed by speakers, sponsors, and attendees are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of the organiser.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
