At Le Confluence BizSummit, we strive to deliver a premium event experience for all attendees, award nominees, and partners. This Refund Policy explains how we handle cancellations and refund requests. By purchasing a ticket, submitting an award nomination, or signing a sponsorship agreement, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Full Refund – Available for cancellation requests made within 7 days of purchase and at least 30 days before the event date.
Partial Refund (50%) – Available for cancellation requests made 15–29 days before the event date.
No Refund – Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
All award nomination fees are non-refundable, regardless of the judging outcome.
If the event is postponed, your nomination will automatically be carried forward to the rescheduled date.
Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once the agreement is signed and branding work has commenced.
In case of event cancellation by the organiser, sponsorship benefits will be shifted to the rescheduled event or an equivalent Le Confluence property.
If BizSummit is postponed, all tickets, nominations, and sponsorships will remain valid for the new dates.
If BizSummit is cancelled entirely, eligible refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the official cancellation announcement.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or acts of God.
